  Cross roller bearing

The cross roller bearing is a special type bearing with split inner ring and rotating outer ring. Since the split inner ring or outer ring is fixed with the cross roller collar to prevent separation from each other after the roller and spacer retainer are installed, the installation of the cross roller collar is simple. As the rollers are arranged crosswise, only one set of cross roller collar can bear the load in all directions. Compared with the traditional model, the rigidity is increased by 3-4 times. At the same time, because the inner ring or outer ring of the cross roller bearing is divided into two parts, the bearing clearance can be adjusted, and even if preload is applied, high-precision rotary motion can be obtained. Moreover, because of its special structure, it is commonly used as a joint bearing in industrial robots.
